ABOUT YOCHEVED SIDOF

Soul Guide, Mentor, and Teacher

I have been captivated by the question, “how do we become who we are?” ever since stumbling upon a Psychology textbook in my grandparents’ home at age eleven. My diverse work is a reflection of my lifelong curiosity.

As a facilitator of trauma restoration and healing and the founder of Ohmek, I move fluidly between roles: spiritual leader, social entrepreneur, bridge-builder, nurturer and catalyst—all woven together by a lifetime of experience, contemplative practice and deep inner work.

Each day, these threads coalesce in how I show up as an advisor, mentor, and guide. I invite you to step into a more intimate journey with me.

Through channeled wisdom, immersive workshops, personalized coaching, and sacred gatherings, we’ll delve into the depths, unravel and reweave the stories of our lives, and embrace the beautiful tapestry of ever-imperfect wholeness.

"Yocheved Sidof is an incredible educator and inspirer, offering a fresh vessel for ancient teachings. As our Scholar in Residence for the High Holidays, she engaged our modern crowd with insights that were deep, relevant, and transformative—a new approach to digesting the profound teachings of Chasidus."
Rabbi Eliyahu Schusterman, Chabad of Atlanta
"I gifted myself six weeks with Yocheved, seeking feminine nurturing and energy. I yearned for someone to truly see me, even in my deepest pain. In our sessions, silence spoke volumes, making me feel profoundly seen. I’m grateful to Hashem for this opportunity to be nurtured and held. Thank you, Yocheved."

"Working with Yocheved as my depth work facilitator for over a year was insightful, vulnerable, and honest. She guided me to see life’s lessons and blessings, always bringing me back to my essence. Her space-holding blended patience, active witnessing, gentle encouragement, and warm pushback, helping me expand my capacity. I’m deeply grateful."
Chani Frankel
"Yocheved’s guidance before our wedding was invaluable. Through coaching, learning, and deep conversations, she helped us clarify and deepen our vision for our chuppah. She went above and beyond, connecting with our family to ensure a deeply personal experience. Standing under the chuppah she held for us was profoundly meaningful, bringing our vision to life in a way that felt both sacred and personal. I wholeheartedly recommend her—her wisdom and presence are truly a gift."
Rikki Klein & Micky Weinstein
"Yocheved sees people clearly and listens well, which is valuable and rare enough. But moreover she continually coaxes complexities back to their root and source. Into the context of my multifaceted business / community she brought perspective and perspicacity. Some might call such work organizational therapy, or strategic consulting, but I would call it artful ministration. For decades now she has been filling her tool-shed with an arsenal of implements, and she will take care to bring out the right ones for you."
